But the reality is, we need to know what we can afford before we start looking.  Getting pre-approved for a mortgage prior to us venturing off on that search is key in ensuring you aren’t looking at homes out of your price range and winding up disappointed.

What are your Top 3 neighborhoods?
Whether you are thinking about making the South Okanagan your home or if you already live here, we have the knowledge and expertise to identify which neighborhoods are ideal based on your wants and needs.  Want to be in walking distance to the grocery store? Want your kids to be able to have a large yard? Need room for multiple animals? Want to live a little on the outskirts? We have the answers for all of that and can compile the best areas for us to being searching for your new home.

What are your absolute like-to-haves?
It is important to know what your like-to-haves are, whether it be location, distance to school, larger yard or in-law suite. Prioritizing what you want in a house prior to us starting our search is important so that we aren’t looking at properties that may not make this your dream home. We want you to absolutely love your new home, so let’s make sure you get what you want!

What are your deal-breakers?
